Remember when mom told you if you didn't have anything nice to say about someone....?

Sorry mom, times have changed. If a customer has nothing nice to say, then
chances are good he's going to take his gripe online. And that's cause for
concern, according to an article on Marketing Pilgrim: New research shows a
whopping eight out of 10 shoppers will change their minds about a purchase
after reading a negative review.
