Are your workers in revolt?

Harvard Business Review writes, "Many bosses are micromanagers who treat
their workers like mindless drones and crush their enthusiasm and creativity
in the process, say Teresa Amabile and Steve Kramer. That's leading them to
demand respect and hands-off management from leaders."

Amabile and Kramer write: "We declare our independence as professionals who
will do good work if only you give us clear, meaningful goals and then let
us figure out how to meet those goals."
