Arkansas Lottery Commissioner Resigns

4029TV is reporting Arkansas Lottery Commissioner Joe White has resigned from the commission and says it would be better for someone else to take his spot. White resigned Thursday in a letter to Arkansas House Speaker Robert Moore.

Arkansas lottery director Ernie Passailaigue has come under fire by state auditors for the lottery's accounting practices.
