What's going on at anti-virus internet security company PC Tools?

PC Tools apparently is having some problems.  One of our readers received this email from PC Tools almost three weeks after attempting to cancel their service.  She told us she had to contact her credit card company to dispute the charge after failing to refund her purchase as part of PC Tools 30-Day Guarantee  Are you having problems with PC Tools?
